Precision Fabrication of Stainless Steel Ducting for the Semiconductor Industry This custom fabricated stainless steel ducting was designed for use in the semiconductor industry. The customer, for whom we've maintained a business relationship spanning 20 years, required a ducting system that would evacuate fumes from a large cleanroom environment. Cleanroom manufacturing is a critical component of their operation, making this project of even greater importance.

The ducting is composed of 316 and 304 stainless steel and G-90 galvanized steel, and features a #4 polished finish as well as electro-polished finishes. Piping varies in size from 3" to 60". The total amount of ducting provided for the world's largest semiconductor manufacturer is around 2 million pounds, and roughly 3 miles of pipe during busy ramp ups.
